3. Payment and Delivery

4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
• The consumer may withdraw without giving any reason within 14 days of delivery.
• Notice of withdrawal may be submitted to info@saint-of-me.com, to ljgroup@hs09.kep.tr, or through the return form on the website.
• The product must be returned within 14 days after notice of withdrawal is given.

5. Complaints and Disputes
Complaints may be submitted by email to info@saint-of-me.com or by telephone on +90 552 486 85 70. Within the applicable monetary limits, the consumer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. For other disputes, the consumer may apply to the Consumer Court after completing any mandatory pre-litigation mediation.
6. Consumer Confirmation
The consumer confirms that, before placing the order, the consumer has been informed of the essential characteristics of the product, the total price, additional costs, payment, delivery, the right of withdrawal, the return carrier and the exceptions to the right of withdrawal, and acknowledges that the order creates an obligation to pay.
