Returns & Refunds
- You have 30 days to try on your new outfits.
If you’re not happy with your order, you can return any items you don’t wish to keep free of charge.
Please follow the steps below in accordance with Trendyol return rules https://www.trendyol.com. - 1. Create Your Return Label
Log in to your Trendyol account and create your return label under Order Details.
Click on the “Easy Return” button, select the item(s) and reason(s) for return, and confirm your selection.
If your order was delivered in multiple shipments, a separate return label must be created for each shipment.
Please note: Only returns with an official Trendyol return label can be accepted.
Kindly start the return process via your Trendyol account — not through your bank, PayPal, Klarna, or other payment providers. - 2. Pack Your Items
Place all items listed on your return label into the package. If you have created multiple return labels, please pack each return separately.
To avoid delays in the approval process, ensure that the items in the package match the return label.
Once packed securely, print the return label and attach it clearly visible to the package. - 3. Drop Off Your Package
Take your return package(s) to the nearest drop-off point of the designated shipping service provider.
Please keep the return receipt until your refund has been completed. - 4. Return Approval & Refund
Once your return package(s) reach the warehouse, the item(s) will be inspected.
After approval, your refund will be initiated and you will be notified.

- review the delivery, return, and exchange policies. - All payments, deliveries, and customer support are handled directly through www.trendyol.com in accordance with the marketplace’s policies.
